Mary offers private online classes in Byron Bay or over Zoom. Her sessions can help you to improve your strength and flexibility as well as work with specific injuries or conditions you may have. Classes can be tailored to be energising and dynamic or calming and restorative. Mary will help you focus on the breath and cultivate a steady body and mind. Through your practice you can learn to be present and increase physical health and wellbeing. Sessions are usually 60 - 75 minutes.
