1 to 1 Meditation sessions are available in Byron Bay or online over Zoom. These sessions can be tailored according to your level and goals for meditation. If you are new to meditation, Mary will help you prepare your body to sit in in a supportive way and practise techniques that will help you grow discipline and confidently build your own practice. With support you can gain the many benefits meditation has to offer. These sessions can help you lengthen the amount of time you can sit in meditation and maintain strong focus and awareness.

If you are an experienced practitioner of meditation, Mary will discuss with you how your meditation practice is currently supporting you. She can introduce you to appropriate techniques that will aid you in deepening your practice.

Relaxation sessions are also available. These are very helpful if you experience anxiety or would like to reduce your stress levels.
